Felt like I needed to throw a new post out there, but didn't have anything important enough to talk about other than the Philly Eagles dominating the Cowboys...so here's some lyrics, look up the song, download it, enjoy it.
fall is here, hear the yell
back to school, ring the bell
brand new shoes, walking blues
climb the fence, book and pens
i can tell that we are gonna be friends
walk with me, suzy lee
through the park, by the tree
we will rest upon the ground
and look at all the bugs we've found
then safely walk to school
without a sound
well here we are, no one else
we walked to school all by ourselves
there's dirt on our uniforms
from chasing all the ants and worms
we clean up and now it's time to learn
numbers, letters, learn to spell
nouns, and books, and show and tell
at playtime we will throw the ball
back to class, through the hall
teacher marks our height against the wall
and we don't notice any time pass
we don't notice anything
we sit side by side in every class
teacher thinks that i sound funny
but she likes the way you sing
tonight i'll dream while i'm in bed
when sill thoughts go through my head
about the bugs and alphabet
and when i wake tomorrow i'll bet
that you and i will walk together again
cause i can tell that we
are going to be friends

Christmas Songs/Movies
Alright so every year on television and the radio people throw out their favorite Christmas songs and movies of all time. Generally they are the same select few bringing home the bacon. I'm going to wing together a list of my Top 3 Christmas songs and Christmas movies just because I can...and since I put little thought behind the process I could very well change my answers on a daily basis so stay tuned.
Songs:
1. John Lennon - "Happy Christmas"
2. Mariah Carey - "All I Want For Christmas Is You"
3. Band-Aid - "Do They Know It's Christmas"
Movies:
1. "Elf" 2003
2. "Home Alone" 1990
3. "Scrooged" 1988
Agreed/Disagree, hit me back with your thoughts and also throw in your Top 3 for each...share the love and share what you love for the holidays. Maybe these will jump into your favorites if you haven't seen or heard 'em before who knows.

Chinese Food...Chinese Bone?
Alright so I'm hanging out with a few friends last night watching movies and whatnot...settling down for the semester. A few of us get hungry and decided, "Hey! Let's get Chinese food." After the long debate of what we are getting and who's ordering it we settle in to watch The Dark Knight. So about an hour rolls by, and we start to wonder where our food is...little do we know that we both thought the other person ordered it. So everyone makes fun of us and we make the call. Bottom line we're hungry so f it in the a hopefully they hurry up. Chinese shows up like 30mins later and we dig in...success. I'm about 2/3's of the way done with mine and I put my fork into another piece of delicious sesame chicken. My friend provided me with an ultra-thick industrial plastic fork...this thing could basically cut glass. Anyways, one of the prongs of the forks snaps so we're all confused. I continued to use the fork instead of crafting my own invention of a fork (V.E. shout out). So i try to eat the chicken again and the fork wont go in. This piece of chicken is literally almost all BONE. It completely ruined my meal. Now I'm aware that American society today demands fast service, but take the extra 2 seconds and get rid of the bones in my meal so I can enjoy it. I won't even be mad. My friend had a little sliver of bone in one of his pieces as well. Easily one of the most disappointing Chinese experiences I've ever had.
If you have comparable or worse food disaster stories, post 'em up...I know I'm not the first one to have a debacle with the Chinese people.

Procrastination...
So as the semester ended up and classes ended, finals week rolled around and I'm smack dab in the middle of it. I have 2 tests and a final paper...have I started studying or doing the paper? No. One paragraph in 2 days is all I've accomplished. I can wait until hours before the test to study and hours before the paper deadline to bang it out. I don't study, never have, never will. All I see and hear about is everyone stressing and freaking out about the BIG final exam. So they spend a week of their lives crammed into books and papers and notes to study. As far as I'm concerned that's just a waste of time, maybe it's just me I don't know. If you go to class all semester then you shouldn't have to worry that much right? Any opinions on the matter feel free to comment, argue, discuss. Go with what you feel.

Just For Starters...
Alright so I got hooked and suckered into the wide world of blogging. Something new and different to spice up life a little. Hopefully people will actually read this and discuss whatever topics I come up with and we'll go from there. It could or could not be an everyday thing so stay tuned for new arrivals and such. Enjoy the show and get your popcorn ready.
